These are some of the phrases leaders-in-training used to describe their pilgrimage to the Iona Community in the Hebrides Islands of Scotland. Camp Westminster values the development of individuals with cultural awareness and international experience. Stay at a breathtaking abbey and live and work in an international community. Gather together for worship, meals, chores, hikes, and reflection with people of all ages from around the world. This capstone piece of the LifeWorks program allows participants to reflect on their personal and spiritual growth over the last 4 years while gaining an invaluable experience abroad.
Because this trip is such a big deal for us at Westminster and for the participants on the trip we take care to select the right group. Applications are considered in the order they are received until the trip is full.
